Diana Marie Lee


Elder Culture-Bearer and Leadership Coach

Diana Marie (she/they), an elder culture-bearer and leadership coach of African American and Cherokee Nation descent, embodies the spirit of resilience and transformation. With a career spanning healing, activism, entrepreneurship, and capacity building, Diana seamlessly integrates their expertise in UX/UI design with a life-long passion for social justice. Over three decades, Diana has championed restorative HR, cooperative capital raising, and cultural shifts through a racial equity lens, empowering organizations and communities nationwide. 

Diana's journey is rooted in ancestral ties to Tahlequah and Muskogee, Oklahoma, places where they cultivated a deep connection to Black heritage and a commitment to uplifting marginalized voices. Diana’s work focuses on improving the quality of life and outcomes for vulnerable communities, including immigrants, refugees, youth, elders, and communities of color. For over 30 years, Diana has tirelessly dedicated their life to strengthening the leadership and systems capacity of organizations, both nonprofit and for-profit, as well as government agencies and philanthropic institutions. Diana's leadership extends to statewide and regional change efforts across various states, collaborating within networks like LeadersTrust, Resilience Initiative of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and the Highlander Center in Tennessee.

Prior to founding Sweet Livity LLC, Diana served as the Vice President of Programs at the National Community Development Institute, managing technical support and training programs nationwide. Diana’s decision to leave a lucrative job and launch their own consulting business reflects their unwavering dedication to creating positive change, despite facing financial challenges and societal barriers.

Diana has facilitated growth, resilience, and self-discovery in over 2,000 leaders through their programs, leadership, and inclusive spaces. Diana’s pioneering work in diversity, equity, and inclusion has earned them accolades such as the prestigious Hal Taussig Award, cementing their reputation as a trailblazer in the field. Diana's journey embodies the spirit of liberation and transformation. Diana's gift to the world is their ability to ignite transformation through joyful experiences and inclusive spaces.

Community-building Strategist

Community-building strategist, drawing on over fourteen years of expertise. I assist organizations looking to design and restructure more accessible environments to increase community-building and stakeholder/audience alliances. My approaches advance an organization's ability to meet long-term strategic goals through culturally-sustaining policies and fundraising. I have strong capabilities in storytelling, which helps stakeholders build connection and alignment with an organization, even through change and crisis. I provide a critical, yet culturally sustainable strategy that elevates an organization's large-scale initiatives and public reputation by establishing lasting internal and external community. Together is the only way.



Rev. Tonya Parker, MEd, EdS

Founder and Creatrix

Rev. Tonya Parker, MEd, EdS is the Founder and Creatrix of Mind Body & Soul Food, a holistic wellness and conscious healing practice devoted to nourishing women’s lives from the inside out. With more than three decades of experience as a psychotherapist, educator, healer, and spiritual teacher, Tonya bridges ancestral wisdom and modern restorative practices to support deep, sustainable well-being.

Through offerings rooted in mind, body, and soul, she creates sacred spaces for restoration, self-remembrance, and embodied leadership. Her work integrates Reiki, meditation, retreats, mindful nourishment, reflective writing, and community-based healing, inviting women to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their truth.

Founder of the W.I.T.C.H. Movement (Woman In Tune with Conscious Healing), Tonya teaches from lived practice—guiding women to heal generational patterns, reclaim their voices, and rise as conscious leaders in their lives and communities. 

Tonya is the author and/or editor of several books and anthologies, meditation digital offerings, and produced and hosted the Mind Body & Soul Food podcast for ten years, featuring holistic healers and teachers. She showcases women and gender-expansive authors in her anthologies, and has created opportunities to support them in expanding their businesses through networking, collaborative partnerships, and referrals for their various service offerings.

Founder and Principal

Jazzy B is a dynamic leader dedicated to transforming organizations into more human-centered workplaces. She brings more than two decades of organizational experience, including eight years in corporate talent and organizational development with a Fortune 500 company and over twelve years leading front-line teams in the hospitality industry.

Jazzy, an invigorating facilitator, holds a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma. Her work is guided by a simple belief: better humans make better leaders. She's passionate about helping individuals leverage their social capital in service of equity for others, always leading with a commitment to honoring humanity.

Seven Asefaha

Cultural Strategist and Spatial Futurist

Hager Seven Asefaha (he/him) is a cultural strategist and spatial futurist born in the historic Axum region of East Africa and raised on Ohlone territory, now known as Oakland, CA. Rooted in both Axumite heritage and Oakland’s legacy of Black liberation, Seven’s work fuses spatial development, art activism, and cultural regeneration. He is the founder and creative director of Alena Museum, a nonprofit cultivating multidimensional healing and power-building for the African Diaspora. He also co-founded Culture House Collective, a real estate social enterprise reimagining land use through a justice-centered, futurist lens—beginning with its inaugural project in Atlanta, GA.
